4D HD Live scan
As you progress further into your pregnancy, we are able to see more of your baby’s face and features through our HD Live 4D imaging.
From around 28 weeks up until 32 weeks, we offer a 4D HD Live scan that provides you with 3D moving images of your baby.
We recommend the 4D HD Live scan between 28 and 32 weeks, however this does depend on your BMI. If you have a lower or normal BMI, we recommend 28 – 29 weeks. If your BMI is higher, we recommend 30 – 32 weeks. Please note, a 4D HD Live scan for a twin pregnancy can only be offered up to 24 weeks.
For varying reasons, it is not always possible to complete a 4D HD Live scan. At Babyvision, although the Sonographer will always try their utmost to perform the scan, we estimate that we are unable to complete the scan for around 1 in 10 clients. There are different factors that can make it more difficult to get clear 4D images of your baby. For example:
- A high maternal BMI
- The amount of fluid around your baby
- The position of your baby and placental location.
Please note the following:
- A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking due to the length of the appointment (30 minutes). The deposit is non-refundable as this is a nominal charge for the appointment time allocated. If you wish to try again at a later date a further £30 payment will be required.
- A 4D HD Live scan during a Saturday or evening clinic will be subject to an additional charge of £20.
Cost: £100/£120
During your 30 minute appointment, one of our qualified and experienced sonographers will:
- Check your baby’s heartbeat
- Take growth measurements, including fetal weight estimation (please note, these measurements will not be carried out as part of your scan if you have had a growth scan within the last 2 weeks)
- Baby’s gender (if requested)
Included in this package is:
- All 4D images and video clips of your baby on a USB stick
- A printed and framed colour photo.

Myself and my partner were made to feel so welcome by Jean and Kelly while we were visiting Babyvision. We went for a Reassurance scan at 11 weeks after a bit of a scare when my partner suffered some severe cramps. We were able to book and be seen within 24 hours using the website, which was great.
The location is stunning and calming, the environment inside matches the location, there are comfy sofas while you wait and Jean was able to calm our nerves while waiting with knowledge and support.
Whilst inside the scan room Kelly was fantastic with her explanations and reassurance throughout the scan. Again, her knowledge and support was invaluable to first time parents such as ourselves.
I honestly couldn't recommend Babyvision enough!

I rang Baby Vision on the same day and those kind and caring women comforted both my partner and I and then offered to book us in for an emergency scan over their lunch break! The support we were given and kindness that we were shown were unparalleled and I can’t thank them enough for easing our mind and showing us our beautiful baby, when we were so scared that we’d lost him.
I’m now 20 weeks and expecting a little boy in July ❤️

If you are looking for a follicular tracking clinic this is it. At very affordable prices and in a beautiful location you will be taken care of and put at ease. Now that I am pregnant I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to track my baby’s development.

Booked scan this morning for 3:10pm today. Staff were absolutely lovely and really reassuring. Iv just booked to come back next month for a 4D scan. Thank you so much and we are excited to see you again at 16 weeks !
Went for an early scan after a family member recommended here and then came for a 4D scan with my grandmother who is terminally ill. The ladies here could not have been more accommodating and made it such a lovely experience for us as a family despite the circumstances even just from the phone call enquiring and asking many questions. They are extremely patient here and even though the appointment time flies you aren't made to feel rushed at all. My Nan was thrilled with her surprise trip and loves the pictures we took away with us also.
Most of life problems & struggles are spiritual and the solution needs spiritual remedies be it health problems, financial problems, Job promotion, fertility spell ,marital problems, protection, divorce spell, attraction, money rituals, Love spell, Marriage spell , I realized this after Olu Ega helped me through a difficult problem, he is a gifted spell caster, contact himn for any life challenges and she will provide solutions I recommend him 💯

We had an early reassurance scan at 6 week and a gender scan at 16. Would definitely recommend Babyvision to others - a lovely location, and reasonably priced for peace of mind around NHS scans
My husband and I visited Babyvision with my mother-in-law for a 31 week growth scan. We've had a number of scans at different facilities during the course of our pregnancy but this was by far the best experience so far. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating, going out of their way to wear facemasks and keep their distance from my mother-in-law who is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The sonographer was very thorough, talking us through everything in detail and making a real effort to get us the best 4D view possible of our baby. In other facilities we have been in and out within 10 minutes, but at Babyvision you could tell the staff really cared about satisfying your needs as best as they can. Unfortunately as we don't live in the area it's unlikely we will be back again to visit before our baby arrives, but I couldn't recommend Babyvision more highly to anyone looking for a private scan.

After abit of a hiccup with the first scan experience Ruth rang me and offered a complimentary re scan for my twins, very happy with the service today nice & welcoming and lots of detail whilst the scan was being done on each baby. Thankyou
